After a lift I had an alignment shop try 3 times to get it right. How do these specs look?IMG_3046.jpg IMG_3047.jpg

    Caster 'looks' way off...
With too little caster and higher speeds, it will feel like it's wandering and loose; having to make constant adjustments.
Through a turn, the wheel doesn't want to return to center.

    Are you leveled?
Did they use the Hunter Quick Check? That might affect what the machine is reading.

Way off all over the place. Go to a specialty shop that knows how to align lifted vehicles. Do not go to tires shops, dealerships, etc.

I had mine (2" lift front, 4" lift rear, but rear doesn't really matter much) aligned by such a shop just a few days ago:

    Front:
    - Caster (L/R): 3.65, 3.89
    - Camber (L/R): 0.11, 0.12
    - Toe (L/R): 1/32", 1/32"

    Rear:
    - Camber (L/R): -0.4, -0.23
    - Toe (L/R): 1/8", 1/32"
    - Thrust angle: -0.10

You'll want to adjust the caster for sure. I highly recommend UCAs though many here will swear you don't need them, regardless they only help and for the better in every situation over stock UCAs.

Upper control arms wont fix that, something is out to lunch, should have above 1.5 degrees of caster. Higher the better with trucks.

The camber is high as well, this usually happens with leveling kits without upper arms. Closer to 0 is ideal.

The caster is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. I'd suggest a Toyota shop or dealership that understands the trucks. I wish I could do it for you.

Well...they don't help keep the tire away from the cab mount.
That may or may not concern OP...:D

Think you're wrong there. If positive caster is added with the LCA cam bolts it will actually pull the tire further away from the body mount. With aftermarket UCAs you can get the camber right without adjusting the lower cam bolts all the way out (with stock UCA's they have to adjust the cam bolts all the way out to correct camber). This gives the alignment shop some more adjustment with the cam bolts. If you ask them to give you 4-5* of positive caster then you can gain a decent amount of clearance from the cab mount. that much caster will make your truck track better on the highway with minimal impact to handling.

When added at the LCAs, I agree.
You were talking about UCAs, which pull them towards the cab mount.

I fixed it for ya. As you mentioned aftermarket UCAs would allow you to achieve this.

Need no, from a performance/ride standpoint and getting alignment numbers perfect, yes UCAs would be a better option. I've only lifted a few of these trucks, with and without UCAs but to each their own.

I had aftermarket uca's on my last lifted tacoma, as long as the alignment shop knows what their doing, stock are fine..

Nobody said that stock UCAs weren't 'fine'... its just aftermarket UCAs are better, in nearly every measurable way.
