    So quick question, what angle of shim to use for what lift? Is there a chart or "rule of thumb" or perhaps an actual mathematical formula?

    A little of this and a little of that
    AFAIK the rule of thumb is one degree per inch of lift in the rear. So if you have a leaf pack that lifts the rear 3 inches, get some 3 degree shims.
