Hey all, new guy here. Just picked up a 2017 Tacoma and first for me. Coming from a Ram 1500.

Anyways, just completed a 3in ReadyLift with some 18in wheels and 285/65/18. The front lower bumper guard was removed. Dealership said they do this all the time because the tire will rub. I'm wondering do I leave it off or do I put it back on and cut it a little? Kinda like the looks with it off, but not sure if there is any long term ramifications or such...like paint issues on the lower front bumper cover etc.

    Thanks for any input.
