Ok I will make it brief and simple:

I have a 2015 TRD Sport- planning on the following:

    1. Bilstein 5100s in the FRONT with either OME 885s or another more off road friendly coil (Icon?)

    2. Either a 1.5 inch AAL in the rear of just blocks instead.

    3. 275/70/17 AT tires.

Is this feasible? Am I missing anything or making wrong assumptions?

Looking to lift the truck, accommodate the larger tires without rubbing and maintain rake. Mostly road and highway BUT- off road, beach driving possible and definite snow driving in winter.

    Thoughts before I purchase?

    275s will rub without trimming/cutting.

Not sure you'd need a CMC though, so should be okay depending on how you he your truck.

I have a 2015 sport with 5100's, 885's, 1.5" AAL but 265 70 17 KO2's. I love the ride and look. As far as rubbing, I have about a fingers width between the tire and the uca. I think you will rub in this area with 275's on stock wheels. Whether those tires will rub the mud flaps is going to depend on your alignment/position of your wheel in the wheel well.

I already took the front mudflaps off as they dragged in the snow this past winter.

It's a shame- I really like the look of the 275's

I am not a suspension expert and am using the forum as my jumping off point.

There is a strong possibility for off road use in the future in addition to the rough winter driving.

I'd like to not have to purchase a new UCA or anything like that. I would presume it is advised to just stay with the 265s then? I don't think I am opposed to trimming if need be...
