A couple of years ago I installed Bilstien 5100's F&R using my factory Sport springs on both ends. Front is on the 4th perch and added a 2" block in the rear. After all that it still IMO doesn't sit any taller that a stock off-road. I think somewhere i have read that a sport sits a little lower than a SR5 or OR.
Do you think it would add anything if i installed a set of take off springs from an Off Road?

Also, after the lift i developed a vibration in the floorboard. Could that be the ECGS bearing?

    Running 265/70/17 at the moment

    Thanks

That truck is very clearly taller than stock.
No there is no height difference among trims other than the TRD Pro sits 1" taller.

Does the vibration go away if you switch to 4WD-HI?

Definitely sit higher than stock, OR springs won't make a difference. As for vibration, did you use straight or wedged 2" blocks, degree shims?. Rule of thumb is 1° per inch of rear lift. Carrier bearing drop? Also does it go away in 4wd?

Thanks everyone. To me it looks a little shorter than I’d like or kind of expected to get from the springs. It’s all good. I’ll have to check out the vibration it 4wd. I think I used a tapered spacer on the back. I’ll need to look again

2" block in the rear probably the reason the front doesn't looks as high, since your not on the 5th perch up front, and could be the reason for the bad vibe.

Mines, 5th perch @ 2" up front, with 1" block in the rear, leaving the Taco perfectly level all around.

I think I’ll start looking for some replacement springs or an AAL for the back and get rid of the blocks.

I did the OEM TRD Lift Suspension only...and I can clearly see difference.

Dealership installed the 2" Bilstein 5100s in Front and 1" block + Bilstein 5100s in the rear.

Truck still maintains rake and the Bilstein shocks are WAY better than the Hitachi's they replaced.
