RC I'm assuming is Rough Country which is a block and spacer lift, as this is a kit I assume you have seen the price of the parts so I'm inferring you mean install cost.

I would NOT go with the Rough Country lift, there's better out there for cheaper.

Look into Bilstein 5100's and OME 887 coils with a progressive add a leaf for the rear, Headstrong Off-Road is a great place to get those parts.

As for install doing it yourself is naturally free and it's not too difficult but I'm assuming you'ed rather have it installed, in that case it can very significantly by shop and market so hard to say really, I would expect to pay anywhere between $500-1000.

I just did my suspensions and paid roughly $700 for a new set of eibach coilovers (equivalent to 5100), wulf aal, kyb top hats and an alignment. I did the labor myself which took a day.

This looks to be a drop bracket lift which personally, should be avoided. These type of lifts require cutting the crossmember which would be difficult to reverse if you change your mind. Better off sticking with a 3" CO setup with rear progressive 3 aal or whole leaf pack. Call Headstrong Offroad as suggested.
