@jross20 We design our arms with more caster built into them for better alignability. Everything else about the arms are the same as factory, there is no additional camber built into them. The arms are the same for 0-6" of lift. Based off what you've posted it sounds like your wheels have too high of an offset.

@jross20 post up those pictures when you can. Also hub to fender measurements and alignment sheet. See if you can get some pics of the suspension as well.

It could be. Or the offset of the wheels.

Like I have been saying, post as many pics as you can when you get a chance. It would greatly help us "internet mechanics"

Are you with fabtech? The camber isn't the problem, it is the fact I believe that the caster is way too high and there isn't enough adjustment room to lower it.

I am about to clock out and then I will post some photos.

I work at Fabtech. There is only about 1 degree more caster, but that would not cause any issues that you are experiencing. It sounds like the issue is bigger tires on stock rims.

Take a measurement from the center of the wheel cap to the bottom of the fender flare. It looks like a lot of lift, but if you have 245 tires it's hard to get a good idea without the measurement.

    Same crap everyone else got
Is your contacting areas just tire scrub or actually metal on metal. Is your wheel hitting things and being damaged/scraped while driving?

Okay so the left from hubcap to fender is 22.75"
    And the right is 23.25"

Also I took some better photos so you can see how far back in the well the tires are

It's actually both sometimes, the inner part of the wheel/rim grinds across the sway bar. The tire hits the skid plate.

The height sounds about right for those springs, I'm actually around 23.5" on both sides. Is your wheel hitting the swaybar or is it the wheel weights, they seem to be sticking out pretty far. If it's the weights, you can get them removed and have stick on weights done if there is enough room to clear the calipers. But it sounds like those wheels are just tucked in too far and you probably need spacers to run them. Your lift combination might be fine the way it is. You might need a 1/4" spacer on the driver's side to level it out though.

While that makes sense, it just seems crazy that he would need to run a wheel spacer. I have a similar height lift with 285s on stock wheels and don't rub. Granted I don't have a swaybar, but my tires don't rub the skid plate thats for sure.

I don't recall ever hearing of someone's stock tires and wheels rubbing on the swaybar but I certainly could be wrong.

Also, I don't see any damage on the wheels or swaybar @jross20 . Could you get some pics of the damage and of the wheel and tire actually contacting the swaybar and skid plate? Otherwise just looking at the pictures you posted, I don't see anything installed incorrectly or even anything coming close to rubbing. :notsure:

@jross20if the wheels are too far back in the wheel wheels that means your caster adjustment is off. Can you post a picture of the current alignment specs?
