Well see my understanding of the geometry of IFS is that the center is the furthest away from the body and as you go up or down you move closer. if I lower the front this will remove the lower control arms up which will also move the tire out. And I'm just talkin about this at a high level, I know that that would make the caster worse but right now I'm just talkin about the tires position relative to the body from left to right.

I'll have to get some photos during lunch. When I have time if I jack up the front and turn it all the way slowly I can get a picture of it contacting.

At this point I'm just speculating, I presume to try to bring down the caster they had to push the tire back as far as possible. They said it was adjusted to maximum. So I presume that is why they are so far back, it looks unusual, but I don't know.

I'll have to get my most recent alignment sheet and take a photo of it. Basically caster is like... Between 4-5 I believe. Previous it was 5.5 on both sides which made steering super hard.

Did you buy OEM lower control arms? What is the part number for the ones you bought?

Is the plate that the coil sits on top of in the right orientation? If its upside down, youll get a lot more lift than you bargained for.

    list is growing fast
That's a shit ton of caster for 30" tires on 3" lift. I'm thinking you need taller tires to fix your problem. Or get your caster lower, like 2*. Or get 884's. Or all of it.

@jross20 Try removing the sway bar relocator's and mounting the sway bar back in the stock location. They are needed when running a lift taller than you are currently running.

Yes they are OEM Toyota, I do not have the part number but they look identical to the old ones.

I am not sure, is there a picture of what it should look like?

I'm 90" sure I'm going to get the 884's at this point.

I can look at that this weekend. Does it just move the sway bar up and down? This would move it out of range of the rim but the tire will still hit it currently though that's better than the rim I reckon.

Post pics of what you have. Most here will see it right away if its upside down.

    @jross20

It moves the sway bar down 3/4" and forward 3/4", but is only really needed closer to 3" of lift. Taking it off will probably solve most of your issues, but I'm still curious what the alignment specs look like.

Just a thought here as I am no where near familiar with the fab tech uca.... but is it possible they put the ucas on the wrong sides???
That ball joint/spindle just looks to far forward to me.

Its impossible to install Fabtech Tacoma specific uca's wrong, but I have seen some Silverado arms installed incorrectly lol.

No problem! The last picture posted with the control arms shows the uniball going towards the rear of the truck, not the front.

Does the PreRunner have a tighter turning radius compared to the 4x4? The stock wheels look like they are 30mm offset so if you went with 1.25" spacers it would get them to around a 0 offset.
