You need to get the front diff checked. Sounds like the needle bearing. Common problem. TSB and everything. Lifting exacerbates the problem.

Put the truck in 4x4. If the noise stops put back in 4x2. If it begins again you have a needle bearing problem.

(If your truck is 2WD something else is wrong).

Ok so I drove it and put it in 4x4 and the vibration was still there, so where do I go from there?

After lifting your vehicle did you go and get a new alignment done to your truck?

Why are adding a block in the back . It's already level. Unless you go extentended on your shocks which I don't recommend ?

Yep, had alignment today, a buddy of mine is a mechanic for gmc, and he thought it was the tires (pre alignment), but wasn't the case. Came home after alignment and added carrier bearing drop, but didn't help any, might have made it alittle worse. This is so frustrating

Double check all the bolts and wheels make sure they are torqued. Hard to diagnose over internet , if still present after engaging 4wd that is a strange one. If nothing you try works , one of the guys in here with user name @honey had to put a Tom woods double carden front driveshaft , you can pull your front one if vibration stops voila !

Pull the carrier B drop bracket. What does the angle of the front axles look like are they at a severe angle?

I wanted to keep the rake in it. I put bilstien 5160s on rear, per Maria from headstrongs advise.

Post up the alignment spec sheet if you can as well. Hopefully he didn't align to Toyota factory specs.

Alot of trucks do not benefit from the cb drop.

3° caster is attainable and desirable from you aftermarket UCAs.

Exactly caster is to low, dealers are clueless to aftermarket alignment specs.

Actually first off, is the rumble coming from the front or the rear?
