    Hello,
I just purchased a 2017 Tacoma Limited and called a Toyota dealership to ask about having a 2" lift installed. They said that the safety features on the 2017 do not allow them to install a lift kit. I was disappointed as the 2017 sits so low. I have seen lift kits I can purchase with either a 2.5" front/2" rear or 3"front/" rear. The truck will spend 75% of its time on highways and 25% mild to moderate off road. Thank you for your advice...

Well, they’re wrong. 2017s don’t have TSS, so there are no real safety features to mess with. Even on a 2018, it had been confirmed that even with TSS, there are no problems.
