I have a 2013 TRD Sport with 5100s on all four corners and a third gen TRD OffRoad with 6112 and 5160s. Both setups work well for my needs. The 6112/5160s ride great. I would go that route again, even over the comparable Fox shocks.

    Buy once. Cry once.

5/4 with airbags in the rear. From the ground to the edge of the wheel well is just a tickle under 37" with 265/75 R16 Wildpeaks.

    Don't do spacers, please

    Get bilstein 5100s.

I have 5100’s on my 98. Not a huge fan of them. Do 6112’s ride better than 5100’s?

so the 5100’s have 4 settings. What setting do you recommend and what coils also? I’m also considering 6112’s if they ride better than 5100’s

    5 settings.
The "look" will not be completed without a rear lift and wheels&tires.

Yep I plan on doing all that. Just want an inexpensive decently riding lift because I don’t take it off road. Just a mall crawler. I’m thinking 6112’s up front, icon rxt leafs in back with bilstein 5160’s and 17x8 wheels with 285/70

I have 6112s and 5160 in rears and it made a huge difference for my ride. I had the sport stock suspension, noticeable improvement over bumps on central Florida road. My fronts are set to middle rings so the truck is level. Gave me a 2inch lift upfront.

I actually looked at their vertex 3.5” lift coilovers I just don’t know how the quality is and I don’t want them to start leaking or blow out after I put them on.

I currently have the rough country spacers (it’s a crime, I know) up front and the icon AAL in the rear. I’m saving up for Bilsteins so the spacers won’t be on for long, just something to give me some ground clearance in the meantime. Here’s a pic for reference since you mentioned considering my exact set up…

My neighbor has rough country on his f150, they have been pretty good to him, warranty has been easy when needed. I think the only issues he has had is the adjustment knobs getting stuck.
