I'm planning on getting the heritage grill and later on a 2-3.5" lift.

I assume the heritage grill, which lowers the sensor would be a pre-req for the lift but will I have to have a dealership recalibrate the TSS for both relocating the sensor to a heritage grill and a lift.

Additionally would going from 31-33" tires require a TSS recalibration?

I'm trying to determine if I should just save up and do all of these things at once so I only need to have the TSS recalibrated a single time.

I put a pro grill and nothing went wrong. Then I put 33s. No problem. Then 2.5" lift. No problem.
Others will tell you if you hit a small bump, you need recalibration. This is just my experience.

I have a 3" lift, 285's, and an aftermarket grill that moved the sensor up about 3" with no re-calibration and everything still works as it should.

I'm on a 2 3/4" lift and 285's with the heritage grill. I put a thin washer as a shim under the censors top mounting nut. It has worked for 2yrs flawlessly. Might not have needed the washer, I didn't try it without one.

I replaced my grill on my truck, then put a lift on it and no problems. I don’t think it’s necessary.
