    Hi All,

I am going to purchase a Bilstein 5100 lift kit for my truck so that I can get a 2in lift. I want to keep the rake because I like the look, but I am not sure what setting to set the front shocks to, which springs to purchase, and whether or not I should do AAL in the back. I am completely lost. The spring options I have are the OME 2885, 2886, 2887, and 2888. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I am also adding the 5100 rear shocks.

Reach out to crikey mike at exit offroad or marie at headstrong. Both are very knowledgeable. Also, read through the suspension thread. Know that each truck and suspension components have subtle differences that affect ride height.

If you want to keep factory rake then you need to get an aal for the rear.

Ome coils would probably be 887s

After settling you’ll have about 2” of lift and if you do the aal or leaf pack in the back you’ll maintain rake.

Ome coils have to be set at bottom notch on 5100s
