Got my lift done today. Bilstein a all the way around, front set at 1.75 and Icon progressive AAL in the rear. I had the non TSB leafs, so I now have 5 leafs. (Overload removed)

I personally set the billies at 1.75, and just checked again and can see the snap ring set at the 1.75 setting. The retainer is installed correctly, and no spacer is on top. That being said, I have gained 2.3 in of lift in the front, with billies at 1.75! How? My truck is the 4 banger so maybe less weight in the front? Also, the icon pack on my non-tsb springs with the overload removed gained me 1.8 in of lift in the rear. I may have to put the overload back in as the leafs settle.

The truck looks good, and has about 3/4 of rake. The cv angles don't look too bad at all. I'll post pics when I get home

Here are the pics. Truck looks good, and you can clearly see the snap ring set to the 1.75 setting and the perch placed correctly. I may have to put the overload back in, depending on how much the leaf pack settles. I know the pics of my cv's aren't the greatest, but the angles don't seem too bad. Should I put a DD in?

The AAL's will settle a little bit with time.

I had the same issue when I had mine installed. Got around 2 inches and was very nose high. Over the course of the first few months, mine have settled A LOT. I've lost a good half inch in height. I went from 37 1/4 (front driver) to 36 3/4 in just few months. So I would say to not worry about it, they'll settle a bit.

    My alignment specs are:

    Castor: L/2.00 R/2.08

    Camber: L/0.56 R/0.48

    Individual Toe: L/0.02 R/0.03

    Total Toe: 0.05

Seems to be within factory specs, but I know he had to do it twice. Anybody know how much the Icon AAL's settle?

I will say this, the ride is 10x better than stock. Much smoother and the truck feels more solid.
