Curious what did everyone pay to install a lift kit, alignment, tires and rims?
A breakdown would be great too

    disclaimer: 2nd gen

    tires: $1,200
suspension: $300 (takeoff from 3rd gen, +1" height all around due to saggy leafs)
    alignment: $50

did the install myself at the shop at work. you can do a decent alignment yourself, there are writeups on here.

you will find anywhere from mild to wild on here. the most common questions will be a) define your use case and 2) what is your budget?

if you are just going for looks, get some 275/75/17s and bronze wheels and be done.

are you going all out? are you going off roading? you will get better input with better parameters.

@HeadStrong Off-Road has everything you need (although may not be in stock) for any level you want to go.

    Wow.

It would be challenging to introduce any more variables.

@HeadStrong Off-Road stopped being an active participant in TW after the business was sold, the level of interest and knowledge has dropped off considerably.

As far as suspension goes, unless you’re hardcore or have plenty of play money for top tier equipment (or both), you can save yourself a considerable amount of homework time & money by narrowing your research down to options from companies like Bilstein, Eibach, & OME.

The offerings from these manufacturers have served many members on this site very well.
