So I just recently got an 04 Tacoma pre runner v6 xtra cab and I'm looking to get some 33's. What's the biggest lift I could get without having to mess with driveshaft angles and break lines and without any rub at all?

TONS of threads on this here. After having looked through many of them, i'll save you some time. 2-3inches. 2 you might rub, 3 you might need UCAs.

protip: google your question and include the word 'tacoma' in it and there's a huge likelihood that a thread(or a few!) here will pop up as one of the first options.

One of the most popular lifts include Bilstein 5100 adjustables with either your stock coil springs or aftermarket coil springs that are taller already and you lift your truck by leaving the shocks at the 0 setting and use the coils to lift your truck. As for the rear of your truck you can get taller shocks and either a shackle, block, or AAL depending on your preference. Some people also add UCA's depending on how high you lift it. Since you want to run 33's you'll probably need aftermarket coils in the front depending how many miles your stock springs have. This is the lift I have but my truck is a 4x4 not a prerunner. So you could lift your truck with a spindle lift too. Maxtrac is one of the most popular. Hope this helps.
