    This is a 2.5 inch lift and pretty much everyone runs a 2.5 - 3 inch lift ... i ran mine with a level kit for a year just fine with 285/70/17 on it no problem

    @Tacohago I would highly recommend saving up for the tires, suspension lift and UCA's and doing it all at once. This will give you time to research what will work best for you and your application. I personally am a fan of Old Man Emu shocks and coils simply because they work and they aren't costly like the Fox, King and Icons are. They work for what I use the 4Runner for and I personally like a more stiff suspension.

    I realize this probably isn't what you want to hear but it's worth saving up for what you want as opposed to going a budget route and hating it later. It's way better to do it right the first time than it is to spend the money here and there on something you're going to end up changing out anyways.

    Everyone is going to have different opinions on what you should get and what they like but what they prefer may not be what suits you.
