Whenever I leveled my truck out with Billies, I got over an inch of lift on the .85 notch. Even though OP has coils, it could just be his truck. Every truck is different when it's lifted, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's just the way his sets. Now, I would be interested to see the results if aftermarket UCA's were installed. With over 3" in lift, he needs them. At this point, I say ditch Pro Comp and go with something else. Unless you're wanting to shell out the money for UCA's (which isn't going to solve the extra inch of lift)

Im going to try contacting pro comp again and see if they will let me return it this time but I doubt it since I've had the lift for a few months. If they don't let me return it do you think it would better for me to get aftermarket UCA's and then raise the rear to be level with the front by adding a leaf or just get a different kit entirely? I'd hate to see the money i spent on the pro comp kit be a complete waste, even though that's what its looking like. Also anyone have any recommendations for aftermarket UCA's?

Dude, read people's responses. Your alignment numbers are terrible. Why would you do anything other than fix your front suspension? You wouldn't be doing anything remotely smart by raising your rear only to have it match up to the shit storm that is the front of your truck. If the alignment shop didn't express their concern to you prior to letting you drive down the road, you shouldn't pay them a visit ever again. Do your research on what proper alignments should be. Better to find out the answers to your questions before than after you do work on your truck, in almost all scenarios.

Most of the 3" lifts I've aligned should have the UCAs but 99% of customers never want to put them in. Caster numbers are sacrificed to obtain decent camber numbers.

@Rick7991 I would start by contacting pro-comp and see if they will let you return it. if they don't let you do a refund then see if they will still trade it for a spacer kit. if they do then sell the spacer kit and put it towards a new lift my friend. put some new coils in the front (lots of options) check out toytec website amongst many others, wheelers off road for example. do some Add A Leafs (AAL) instead of blocks and I would recommend new UCA if u want full 3'' up front buddy. UCA - there's many diff companies. there Total Chaos which has a uniball upper ball joint, then there's Light Racing and JB(less expensive the LR) makes one that uses oem style upper ball joint (which is better if u live in places where salted roads is an issue cuz uniballs will rust). and my last piece of advice, take it somewhere different to get your alignment done haha

@Ruggybuggy I'm doing a lift in the summer and I am putting on new UCA's. would these numbers above be a good reference for me to use. Just do I know what to keep and eye for when I get my alignment done.

Understandably so. They're not inexpensive. Figure 50% of the forum has $400 front and rear for their lifts, that's doubling the money for sake of alignment. More trouble to install, too, so I'm guessing the average home gamer tries to avoid needing them and the dude who pays someone is just trying to save money.

I don't know anybody with high performance suspension that doesn't include UCAs as part of that system.

Look at the photo of the shock that shows the lower part of the spring (#3) - I think the lower spring seat is installed upside down :facepalm:That would explain the extra inch of lift.

Budget lifts == stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime.

That's my first suspicion as others have commented. Don't know if the lower spring seat is removable on these? Have seen it on the bilstein and when installed improperly you can see the clip the seat sits on. Maybe just take 1 of yours off and put it on you friends truck drive around a little and see what it does on his. A little investment in that time might answer a lot of questions.

The lower spring seats weren't removable on these, so they can't be upside down
