Hey I’m doing the 3 inch lift kit on my 06 tacoma , I was about to order the front struts and I seen they offer a 3.5 inch to , will it look good with a 3.5 inch in the front and the 3 in the rear (2inchblock) on the leaf springs , or should I just stick with the 3 inch strut

    Tacomas dont have struts.

Over 2.5" starts stressing other driveline items more than you may be interested in dealing with.

Lots of info in the suspension forum. Read lots more before hitting the buy button.

    I agree.

And as for looks, to each their own.
I’d rather have reliability and low maintenance over looks.

Say hello to a shit ride. Just do a 2.5 or a 5100 on highest clip. 3 inch usually don’t ride good. Don’t do a lift block get a add leaf and do it right the first time or else you will regret it

This ain’t a strut? This is what k was going to put on the front it’s got a 2 inch block in the back and an 2 inch spacer on the front it still has the front lower then the back like a factory look I was going to just put these on to level it out some

    Nope. It ain't.

    Strut vehicles don't have UCAs.

Tacoma front ends are double wishbone coil-over-shock IFS. (double wishbone being UCA / LCA)

Junk!!! These shocks are significantly longer the stock. The problem with that is and you have to jack the lower arm up and compress the shock just to get the bottom 2 bolts in on the spindle. That means on drop out it’s puts major stress on all the ball joints and tie rods because now your upper ball joint is your limiting factory on suspension travel. Anytime you go over a speed bump and you fully drop out your suspension is going to slap hard and is very uncomfortable. They are made in China and very low quality. Get a 5100 and put top clip cheaper then those and will last prolly 75k

Old Man Emu has a good setup for a starting build. Just depends what you're thinking of build wise down the road
