    hey folks,

i just wanted to ask about lift kits for stock tacos, mine is a 4x4 and its a 2013 and im seeking information on how much lift i need to run some 30's maybe 31's,not TOO big i gotta climb up or add steps, lol.i know nothing about lifting a truck.what kinds of kits are available, are they expensive and which kind of kit is better for your truck in the long run.i intend on keeping mine for a long time so i dont want anything that will cause premature wearing or damage but i am working with a limited budget so i need to save money at every turn,lol...

and ive used the site before so let me say thanks in advance to all you wonderful taco folks !

    ps-i have the 4.0 6cyl w/auto trans

    I have a 2005 Dbl cab 4.0 auto
We run a rough country 3” suspension lift, and run 265/75/16.
I am 6’ tall and I can swing legs in fine without steps

For those size tires you don't need any lift

Most likely the tires you're runnig now are 30's. Pretty sure even if you went with 31's they'd fit with your stock suspension. Might snag a front mud flap

    265/70/16 are 30.6" in height
    265/75/16 are 31.64 in height
