Hello All! new Tacoma owner looking to get in inch lift game.( 2017 Offroad) As feverishly as I am researching this forum, etc. I can't seem to find some definitive recommendations. I have read the Sticky on how Tacomas are lifted, etc.

From what I can gather the most recommended lift is piecing a couple of different products together Bilstein Shocks, OME COils, And another Leaf pack. What are some combinations that fit this year and model?
Also I am not opposed to changing UCA's as well so include that if possible.

    Thanks!

decals, morale patches, headlights, tail lights, toytech lift w 5100s, Falken Wildpeaks.....
Welcome, the biggest question to answer to yourself is budget. Lifts can cost a few hundred buck to several thousands of dollars.

Best advise that I can give you any anyone looking is to check who has what. Such as toytech might have the springs you want, head strong might have the shocks and someone else has all the other stuff.

Look at full kits over piece by piece from multiple suppliers.
I went through toytech and pieced the lift from what they had instead of the kit, got all the same stuff, just spent less.

3 inch is about max without major mods to the truck.

Also what do you want to do? Crawling? Mall trips? Full pavement princess? It maters on what you use for parts.

There is a lot of hatred over spacer lifts.... they are fine if you are not going out and trying to run swamps and rock crawl.

Two companies to stay away from.... tuff country and ruff country...poor quality, rough ride.
