What's up everyone? I'm looking for advice on this lift for my 18' DCSB TRD OR.

Main goal with this lift is to achieve 2-2.5" of lift all around under load and a 285 tire. I run a RTT seasonally and a bed rack with 300lbs of camping gear but the truck is also my daily driver so ride quality is paramount. I regularly offroad on sand beaches and would like to get into some more rocky terrain after the upgrade.

I'm definitely interested in the 6112/5160 combo as I feel it's a good middle of the road set up, but I don't know if it might be overkill for what I need.

Also, in terms of control arms. Are the all pro UCA's any good? Or should I go for another brand/style? I've done my research and am ready to pull the trigger but am just looking for last minute advice. Thanks.

Youll love the 6112s and 5160s. Only thing is i have heard the all pro leafs sag quite a bit under constant load, may want to keep that in mind.

That's not a bad price for everything you're getting in that kit!

If you can handle the squeak i think the el096 dakars would suit you. I have them, they do the job but are noisy as hell. If i were you id go with RXTs or Deavers

Is the squeek as bad as reported? I've heard people do leaf liners with these, are you using them?

Mine squeak really bad, I regularly pressure wash them and apply white lithium grease but they still squeak. i have considered disassembling the leaf packs and replacing all the pads/ liners but seems like more trouble than its worth

Are they the "old run"? I've heard some of the issue was resolved with the more recent production line.

For what it’s worth, I installed OME Dakars 2 weekends ago and I have yet to hear a squeak. YMMV.
