Lift or dropped??

X2 I don't get the lowering a truck thing. I might be too old though.

it's really long too limo like....a DCSB wouldn't be as hard.....

but anyway...it depends on your taste...and plus it'd be straight retarded to lift my truck. way too much money, its a 2wd, and i have no where to go offroading. when i go up and down mountains it's always on a nice paved road haha

i re-read the original post as well...a 6" lift costs exponentially more than a drop unless your going with bags....

i agree with you i wanted to lower my truck i fricken loooooove lowered trucks (done right) but i ended up lifting mine and im verey glad i went down the lift rout

 

I hate the look of lowered trucks... doesn't mean I would go into a thread of a lowered truck and tell him so... but if you are asking, I say lift.

Ok I catcha, but I don't think a slammed truck really handles that good. If the suspension isn't done right they just bounce around corners and give a rough ride. I see what your saying though.

But seriously, it's your truck! Hell, if you want you could just lower the front and lower the back or the other way around. You could even add wheels to the top or a big hat! IT'S YOUR TRUCK!!! I ask all kind of opinions on her too so I am not saying to not ask but damn, if your gonna ask, why argue when you dont see the results you want?!?!?!

I do not understand why someone would take a near perfect piece of machinery that was designed to specifically engage and excel in off road activity and drop the suspension. I don’t understand the thought process. Do you say to yourself “how can I make this $25,000 investment worthless?” I really do not get it. Do you enjoy being in an off road vehicle and have to slow to a near stop in order to make it over a speed bump. Do you not see the irony in that? There is the aesthetic value I suppose. I guess you can repeatedly remind yourself that you look really cool scrapping your front and rear bumper on every dip and bump in the road. That sure is pretty sweet. Gangster. But I bet you will have your low quality subs turn up so high that you will not be able to hear the scraping or the music, for that matter, that you are supposedly listening to. In addition to lowering your truck, I think the only thing you could do in an effort to make it more pathetic would be to install massive rims. I am talking about the really huge ones. The ones that are so big that you have to slap that cheap chrome decal on the side of your ride that lets everyone know you are ridding on 22. Rims on a lowered truck, that’s as bad as it gets.

 

I don't know...in my opinion this looks very tasteful dropped a little vs. all the way to the ground.
