    my truck was made for offroading? LOL

    my truck is a truck. its to get from point A to point B, and and times take large and sometimes heavy objects along. if the truck is lower, it's also much easier to load and unload, tie down, access etc.

    to each is his own and it doesn't hurt to be different. some people will appreciate and some will hate. i look at it this way you would be one of a few to be lowered or you can join the played out look with a 3" lift with helo maxx or ar mojave or ar thug rims.

    hahaha...reading all these lowered bashing..JAK3 come to the wrong Forum...JAK3 should have gone to www.customtacos.com. Personally, lifted or lowered it doesn't matter as long as you have the money to play with. You asked for opinion that what these folks answered your question. NOW if you already knew,why are you asking? I have lowered Tacoma and love it, different stroke for different folks.... :D

    Sounds like you're having an identity crisis :laugh:.

    Most people ask how high/low they should raise or lower, not which they should do.

    If you're wanting something unique, then lower it. I've not seen any lowered Double Cabs. That might be because it would look gay though.

    if it was a base model or xrunner I would say drop it, if it was 4x4 I would say lift it. seeing how its a pre runner I would say stock or 3 inch lift
