    Right, I do, I have Mickey Thomson wheels, 15x???? I bought them used, they stick out about an inch.

    Im sure you'll be good. I'd go to a tire shop have them tell you your offset. Then find the lift you want. Just do a little research before you go spending the money. You'll be happy in the long run by lifting it. My toy may not be the prettiest, but I love the truck. My weekend warrior.

    Mine was already lifted when I bought it, but my buddy bought the same lift for his 88 toy and he spent about $800-$1000 and installed it himself. I check my lift nuts and bolts about every 6 months to make sure everything is tight. That was recommended to me.

    For that price I would say suspension lift am I right??

    Yeah thats a suspension lift. I think a body lift is around $300. Go with a suspension. You'll be happier.

    I think so too, seems to have a better ride as well.

    Thanks for the input guys. I love the look of it lifted, but love my stock ride. So its quite a dilema. Although before I consider lifting it Im gonna find some performance parts to throw on there.

    Do you have the v6? I drove home my cousins 94 toyota with a 4 inch lift and 285's and it was damn near gutless. Might want to also consider that and he had the v6

    Was his an auto? I know the auto's dont have much power. On my 91 Im running 33's, but I have the gearing plus I am a 5 speed. I have a 4" lift with the aal and my torsions are cranked. Its not the fastest, but Ive towed other vehicles with it and no problem. I just think regearing would help.:D
