Is this a safe place to lift my 23 Tacoma front endIMG_0679.jpg with my floor jack? I can't find anything about it in the manual?

Thank you sir! The diagram is perfect but unless I'm missing it I can't find that in my 2023 manual. It looks obvious but then I started thinking the majority of the weight is at the front of the truck and I didn't want to crush that cross member.

HAHA! I'm black and white on stuff like this. If my manual doesn't have it I start second guessing myself. It would just be my luck for that thing to buckle!

I’m just having fun. Definitely good to ask any questions. That’s how I learn.

Page and chapter numbers will be different, but check section 8; “when trouble arises” > “steps to take in an emergency”

They must have changed their minds about that lift point! Here is a photo out of my on-line 2023 Tacoma Manual. They have omitted the front center raised area.

I agree with the previous posts that it is a lift point. I think you can lift from the center but wonder why they don't show it? Maybe because they think on the side of the road that wouldn't be a stable lift point and the truck could tilt. But I just want to use that location to lift so I can place my jack stands for tire rotation. On a level concrete garage floor and just long enough to place the jack stands.

Only one way to find out! I dented the cross member jacking it up between the two designated lift points because I’m an idiot, but what’s done is done.
At least if anything happens that thing isn’t structural like my oopsie lol

If I remember right, the image you posted is from the owners manual (specific to using the bottle jack) and the image from @Clinch Mountain Preacher is from the more detailed service manual.
