I have a full OME setup and honestly I don't think it would be worth your time. If you were to put coilovers on then yes. I have not been overly impressed by OME because of the stiff ride. My truck rides like a 350 or even a 450 truck. But then again my tires don't help that either.

I am running about 35 psi so they aren't over inflated but are E rated which could make a difference? I have the 885's with the nitro ome shocks on the front and a aal in the rear.
