I now have a 3inch spacer lift in the front. With some of the tax return I want to upgrade to get a ride thats not as stiff. If I were to get the Billsteins adjustable for the front Would it be ok to use the stock coils with them also? I don't think it would be a problem from other stuff I have heard. I just wanted to make sure using them wouldnt cause the ride to be stiff. I have the 2001 access cab 2.7 with 104,000miles.

You'll be fine on stock coils. If you've got 3" now, then the 5100s aren't gonna get that high. They're designed for 3 settings: 0", 1.25", and 2.5" of lift. But a small 'leveling disk' from any of the various vendors hustling them would be good for about 3/8" or so.
