I finally got around to installing my winch this past weekend, Thanks for the info on my last thread.

Now I want to do the lift, I want to keep it at about 2" in the front and an add a leaf in the rear as I do tow my trailer with quads and hunting gear etc..

Should I be looking for a strut and then choosing a different spring due to the weight or would an off the shelf kit be suffice? I was looking at the eibach kit, would this be good even with the added weight?

As for Tires, I do plan on keeping the stock wheels but changing out the tires for a little more aggressive tread prior to winter hitting. I was either going to go with 265/75' or 285/70's..

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated, also if you have a pic similar to the set up I am thinking, please post a pic or two..

    Thanks
    Mike P.

I have a similar setup and added an ADS setup with 650 pound coils and new Ikon leaf springs. Rides better than stock. A little rubbing still even with a BMC.

I have a slimline bumper with a winch as well and really like the way the Ironman setup runs. I opted for the lighter springs but they make a heavier spring if you plan on more payload.

Eibachs are designed for extra weight.

There are dozens of options. Just do some reading and find the best product that will work for your needs.
