    Story short:
    2016 TRD Sport DCLB 4x4.

Stock rake measured from ground to top of fender well: 1"

Kit installed: Ready lift 2,25" front levelling kit. (YES the spacers)

Rake measured at same place after installation: -2.5". Front is higher.........

So now I want to correct this with the rear block kit from same company. I can choose between 1" or 2".

What I want: Levelled truck. OR worse case scenario, rear higher but as little as possible.

I will probably never put a ton of weight in the bed.

For you who will ask why spacers on a 40k$ truck: It's what I wanted. It's what does the best job for me as I don't do offroad.

Since I am a noob with a truck, but understand easily mechanics, I need help choosing.

The company suggests the 1" to bring to a close to level stance, but I don't understand why since I have a 2,5" difference.

Can you ask Ready Lift to swap out your 2.25" lift blocks for something smaller? Lifting the front 3.5" can cause premature wear on the cv joints/boots as well as a bad alignment. Sounds like they gave you blocks meant for a 2nd gen and/or did not do proper test fitting on a 3rd gen.

That's also something I don't understand. The spacer (front) has 2,25" (measured it). So how is it that the truck ended up 3 inch taller. lol.

I am starting to think it's a code 24 lol (user mistake).

    I think I should re-measure.

On 2nd gen trucks, the thickness of a spacer will net around a 1.75:1 ratio in the front suspension. 3rd gens seem about the same. If you want to level your suspension that is 1" higher in the rear, you should use a spacer between .5"-.75". A spacer with a thickness of 2.25" will give you about 3.5" - 4" of lift.

It's due to the geometry of the double wishbone independent front suspension. Sandwiching a spacer above the coilover multiplies the thickness.
