I do, like I said its not perfect but its not what your making it out to be to new members. Lots of guys run stock UCAs and get numbers within spec minus caster which dosent affect tire wear which most care about. Again to each their own but dont go running around screaming new UCAs or a "horrible" ride, as thats a bit of a stretch from the truth.

I know this.......my 05 AC with 5100s at 2.5 on oem coils drove like annoying shit but didn't wear the tires either. Bring in the LR UCAS and 0 camber, 0 toe & 2.7 on caster and it was night and day. You can talk yourself into thinking it isn't that bad to have low caster...............right up until you drive with the caster correct then OMFG WTF!!!!!!!! Right now I have another set of 5100s on the 08 RC set at 1.75 and caster is 1.7 and I can tell big difference from how it'll be when those LR UCAs hop the fuck out the box and on the truck. You can get by but I'm here to say it'll be much better with caster back right.

    You're hopeless than.

The purpose of this is to provide a degree of self-centering for the steering — the wheel casters around so as to trail behind the axis of steering. This makes a car easier to drive and improves its directional stability (reducing its tendency to wander).

    Too few to list.
Just an FYI - the factory caster setting on my 2015 OR was set at around 2.3. Just because it falls into specs (as low as 1.0) doesn't mean it's gonna drive good.

I don't know if you are playing the devil's advocate, or this went right over your head, but there are vendors that take the time to cater the TacomaWorld needs, develop new products, maintain stock in a brick and mortar store, and have not only busted their collective asses, but also provided support 24/7 to countless individuals, sponsored events, and provided information free-of-charge on a daily basis.
We really don't need the selfish mentality, that saving a few dollars buying from someone that won't ever support the community, is some kind of a win. Most of the TacomaWorld vendors have seasonal sales, and those that don't are typically providing a product or service at a bargain anyway.
So BEFORE you buy something off of E-bay, take a minute to see if the vendor supports us or not.

As long as you get the LR uca's at a reputable vendor, they shouldn't have old stock with the old bushings.

Just putting out info to go with the other info about some breaking theirs. Now, what were people doing when they broke would be good question. Never had any issue with the ones on my 05 that supposedly had the bushing issue and the breaking issue for that matter.

The old style LR UCA bushings / washer set up could allow rotational forces to be transfered to the arms resulting in the breaks where the arm meets the bushing sleeve , the new Spec Ride bushing set up was designed to solve that issue

My post was directed towards the "Don't buy suspension related parts on EBay" comment because THAT didn't make much sense to me.

Having said that, I go to work and work hard for my money. I feel like I can spend it how and where I want. I'm a big boy. Thanks for your concern though. I understand supporting vendors is good for the website. That doesn't mean EVERY part I EVER buy is going to come from a vendor here.

Well I'd like to wish you the best of luck with that.:)
Personally, after having a shock fail 6 hours from home, with a fully loaded truck (about a 2 inch list), it was great to have my vendor overnight me a new one without raping me on price or shipping. I'm sure there are a lot of other people with similar stories. Looks like yours is still under warranty, just note that most Toyota warranties do not cover suspension components.

 Is this REALLY the direction this thread is going? I'll fix my own vehicle if/when it breaks. Once again, thanks for your concern. :jerkoff:

Thats the thing.. What happens if your stock bj breaks on a trail? Then your screwed. Be prepared and don't cheap out. Had this happen to a guy in my group on a trail run last June.
