I got alignment after i lifted my truck ruffly 2.5 lift front 1.5 rear. If I adjust coils half inch in the front will it throw of my aligment alot?

You are effectively changing the camber geometry. It will effect the camber in your alignment. I cannot speak to as what you would deem as "a lot".

Get it aligned, even if it doesn't drive weird its going to wear the front tires incorrectly.
