I tried a search to no avail.

How much more capable is a 1st Gen with a 3" lift and say 32" tires over a stock truck?

I have 2004 non TRD 4x4 with stock 265/70r16 and have been in some terrain that just amazes me how capable this truck is bone stock ie mud holes over the hubs puddles 3/4 up the tires and some very uneven ground almost touching frame rails. Truck has only been stuck twice and almost stuck in mud pit I did not think i would get out of thank you 4lo.

i will just put in what little bit of knowledge i have here. When you have a lift, you have more ground clearance, meaning, you can clear higher obstacles easier than stock. You also have more wheel space for flexing.

thats about all i know. I know these guys will give you much better detail.
