Did you install the HS driver's side spacer? Where exactly does it go?

Here's my issue. The mechanic I hired to install my Fox 2.5 Factory Coilover IFP's did not adjust them to the desired height that I requested. He just installed them straight out of the box without changing them to the desired setting as I had requested. I already called Fox and he could not tell me exactly what they are adjusted to right out of the box. I did some measuring there is just under 2 inches or threads showing at the top. If anyone has these can you please measure the amount of threads you have and ultimately what lift setting you set it to before you installed? Thanks.

In general the Fox's come preset to provide around 2" of lift on an 05-15 4rd 4wd which equates to around 1" of lift on the 16+ 4dr 4wds. If you have an access cab or 2wd the lift achieved will vary since the truck is lighter.

Thank you for that explanation. That helps. So most likely I've got around 1 inch of lift on the front then. However, to me it does look like it sits nose high just a bit. I have the Icon 1.5 ALL in the rear. The lift was installed yesterday so I know it will settle. I guess i'll just wait and see what it looks like after a week. The mechanic said he would pull them back off and adjust them accordingly but I may wait until after it settles.

It is always hard to say since there seems to be some variation in the settings but in general that is what most people tend to notice out of the box. It should settle in some over time so it might not be bad to let it work in a bit and go from there.

That's good advice. Thanks again! I will follow up in a week or two.

Decisions, decisions. I need some advice. I've been wanting to put a small lift on my '16 DC Offroad...something like 2"-3". My truck will be driven 95% on the highway. There will be lots of trails for hunting and an occasional 4-wheeling adventure.

I was between choosing a Bilstein setup or a Maxtrac suspension until....I took a drive to A&A Auto. They are having a ridiculous Black Friday sale where I can pick up a 3" Pro Comp suspension lift for $335, as well as a set of 4 Pro Comp A/Ts for another $502. What does the group think of Pro Comp? I am really drawn to the deal here, but want to be mindful that I want something that works and lasts, while not breaking my back when I hit a pothole.

Whether I do the Pro Comp, Bilstein or Maxtrac I want to run 285/75r16s underneath. I assume I will need some wheel spacers?

Any thoughts on the suspension options would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

is this 3" over stock? meaning your hub to fender is 24"ish?

I'm trying to figure out how high i want to crank my fox 2.5 extended travel coilovers too as far as hub to fender is concerned. I don't want to go too high though.

i see your name here a lot, i don't mean to bother you, i just notice you know a lot about these trucks.

LCA skids look amazing. Can you purchase just those? Curious if it will fit with the TRD PRO skid.

I didn't measure before I did the install, but most people say 2.5" lift.
