Awesome setup. Any trimming done with the cab mount or inner fender?

Thanks. No, I took the little front flaps off that were in the front of the fender well, not sure what they are actually called or what they were for, and replaced my front factory mud flaps with some aftermarket Husky flaps. No rubbing, no trimming.

Do you think the stock mud flips would rub?

The more I think about it, considering that Kings/Fox/BP-51s all need re-building every xx,xxx miles, the more I come back to thinking for a first lift to go with the Nitrochargers and with the money left over compared to an adjustable resi setup, do a plate bumper & a winch.

Definitely can’t go wrong with that. The Fox and King setups will be a more comfortable ride but that I don’t mind the ride of my setup

I did a BUNCH of research on here about which tire size would be best for my set up and my mission. I went back and forth about 285s, 265s and 255s. I was leaning toward 285 or 255 but ended up going with 265/75/16 Duratracs on 2017 OR wheels and I’m VERY satisfied with the end result! The combination of all is great! The ride, MPG and look is just what I was looking for. I’m on the pavement the majority of the time and best MPG was a big factor for me and in my opinion the 265s look as good as any. They fill up the wheel well just fine and no worries of rubbing or cutting anything. This is my take.

That is what I needed to see! I have the same wheels and have been crawling thru posts trying to decide. I like that set up. I have the factory suspension right now but looking at the 5100 upgrade. I'm also running 265/70/r16's right now. I like the look you have, thanks

Yes, they will, at least mine did. That's why I replaced mine. It could be mine rubbed due to offset of the rims, I'm not really sure. Factory wheels with the 265 may be fine but I don't know.

I’m not running the same size tire that you are. Mine are 265/75/16. About an inch taller than your tires
