 Glad you got it sorted out. It's hard to go wrong with OME. Plenty of people run and love it. Make sure to grab some pics of the install. Also grab measurements before you install and then after to see how much lift you got :anonymous:.

How do those 325s ride??? I remember doing a 325 on a 12" wide rim back on an old 94 RC and it vibrated my teeth out! Balancing didn't fix the problem... luckily 4 wheel parts fixed the problem with a new rim/tire set up... but now i have a 14 and LOVE the look of your 325 set up... ride quality?

^^^ Cool, don't see many blue single cabs....................

Ditched my weak ass 3 leaf packs and replaced them with a fresh sub 5k oem 4 leaf pack last wknd. Got 3/4" lift, quiet non creaking, stableness compared to old ones. Feels all confident instead of scared and sketchy now. Time to re-aim headlights, lol. LR UCAs / alignment happening next....just a matter of free time to knock it out. Had them on the 05 so am familiar with the swap..........

OME kit installed. I did the 884 springs and Dakar rear leaf pack. It's sitting really nice now after about a week of settling. The rear was at first totally jacked up way too high, but it's settled down a bit. I'll be putting my all pro bed rack on and RTT here in the next week or so and will get pictures then, but that should also weigh it down a tad and just about level it out. With the 884 springs the joints look good, no vibes, handles great, I really can't complain. My 265 treadwright guard dogs looks great with the lift and pro comp rims I think, and overall I'm very happy with the stance. I know this is probably worthless without pics, but I'm waiting to post any until the whole thing is done. Almost there!

    Hey fellas, need some advice.

After the OME lift install, I had an alignment done, but I need to have it redone. At anything over 60, it's pulling really hard to the left, to the point I'm steering at a constant angle/wheel turned to the right to stay straight. It's not working.

What are the numbers I should tell the tech to shoot for?

I have 884 springs, OME shock front and back, stock UCA's, and the rear dakar leaf pack, sitting on 265/75/16 tires and pro comp wheels.

Any advice would be wonderful. Aside from the little wandering issue, the lift is doing perfect. Finishing up the paint on the bed rack and then putting the RTT on wednesday, and will get pics up then.

Probably not too helpful, but i just had the tech try and get it back as close to stock #'s that he could......which didnt work out too well because 3 out of 4 bolts were rusted/siezed. Lucky my toe and camber are decent, just caster that is out by over a degree. I only have a set of bilsteins set at 2.5 with my stock coils.

Check oout the suspension forum.. I saw the specs somewhere over there for stock and non-stock control arm trucks...

Edit. Search alignment specs in that forum...tons of info

Thanks. I think I found what I needed, but I'm waiting a couple days. Finally got my all pro rack on, and the tepui tent goes on tomorrow. I aired down the tires a bit today also and it seems to help a little and rides much smoother. I probably had them way over inflated, so we will see.

Tell them to maximize caster and set camber and toe to zero.

Also, if the alignment specs are OK, tires themselves can pull real hard. If you got new tires at the time of the lift, it's possible that's the problem rather than alignment.

Howdy to you all...Been dying to introduce myself and my 2014 RC Taco to everyone, but it's just been rather boring and stock for a couple of years now.
I special ordered the truck from Toyota because the dealership didn't stock the RCs especially in white (I wouldn't have it any other way). They were confused with me, but finally we communicated :)
So it cost me $500 more and some time on the calendar, but soon enough they delivered my white RC Taco to me with 3 miles on it.
This is my 4th RC Toyota and I've put over 300K on each one...a hard 300K, so I'm pretty convinced that these trucks are bad ass!
I've wheeled extensively in the past with other rigs and know exactly what I want to achieve with this truck.
I'm an avid explorer rather that be by: Dirt bike, Snow machine, Kayak/Canoe, Mt bike and especially Backpack so I'm going to build a "rolling base camp" out of this truck...a predictable, dependable and worthy jump-off point.
I'm not a fan of overly modified rigs, especially tacos...so this is what I've got lined up.
Next weekend I will be installing a Toytec ultimate lift, which will consist of:
    - 3" adjustable coil overs springs
    - Total Chaos upper ctrl arms
    - Diff drop and sway bar relocation mounts.
    - BOSS 2.5" lift spring packs with shocks
    - 17x9 Mickey Thompson polished wheels
    - 265/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs
Everything I just mentioned after Tax, S/H, Lug nuts, Installation (myself) and Alignment will cost me around 4K.

Soon after this I will be re-gearing the differentials. Getting away from the terribly high geared 3.58s to a more respectable 4.56 ratio and that will certainly put some life back into my accelerator on the hills and mountain passes where I live and recreate.

After the gearing issue has been remedied I'll move on to a pair of sliders...4x Innovations ones I imagine (with kick-outs). Unless something better comes along I'll probably buy their rear bumper at that time as well. I like the way the front of the truck looks stock so until it gets wiped out from something I'll be leaving it alone.

Finally the reason I went with the HD rear spring package was because I want to put a ARE shell on it. I love the look of a white lifted Taco with a matching shell/canopy, black trim, tinted windows and polished wheels.

Some electronics, better tunes, security, intermittent wipers and fun stuff like tinted windows have already been installed.

I'm still lacking cruise ctrl, bucket seats (curious if that'll ever happen with out conflicting with the airbag system), a rear-view mirror temp/compass upgrade, driving lights and that's about all I could ever want for this truck during this decade at least.

Any advice, comments, questions or .02¢ worth is always valued.

Thanks again for the wonderful thread dedicated to such a great truck!

Here is what a pile of suspension upgrades for a Taco looks like...in my Apartment here in Seattle.
This next weekend I'll be loading up everything and driving back home to Idaho where I'll be finally installing all this eye candy once and for all ;-)
