Man I am jealous of you regular cab guys. You put a 3" lift on your truck and it ends up looking like a 6" lol. There is something awesome about the tiny-ness of the regular cab that gives it a sort of Tonka truck toy look when lifted that to me looks really awesome.

I've been looking at getting back into the truck world (had a lifted 3rd gen Runner before moving on to a BMW 3 series). I definitely don't want a full size and was kind of in between a Colorado or Ranger (both 08, extended cabs), but then I came across a solid deal on an 06, single cab, rwd. Budget has been my biggest limiting factor, so that's ruled out most 2nd gen Taco's, but I think this thread has convinced me to go for the regular cab. There is some incredible stuff in here!

is it a pre runner? If not it can be pretty hard to mod especially lifting

^^ They not work? Looking for something different?

I think they look good on that truck. I'd rock em'. I'm in the market for fogs.

Not sure yet. I haven't gone and taken a look at it yet, but hopefully soon. Trying to get some more info from the owner first.

I see it now. Excuse my ignorance but are those factory and if not what did you go with/how long did they last you?

Fogs are one thing on the long list of shit to make me get want to get a 2nd job to pay for this hobby.

They are some cheapo ones I got off of Amazon that only lasted about 6 months. If you could find someone selling an OEM set, that would be your best bet.

Thanks. I need to be on the look out for OEM. Prior to that I've been eyeballing KCHILITES but I need to prioritize at this point since I'm in the market for new tire$$ and possibly new shocks or lift. Got sliders arriving the next few days and gotta prep them, etc. Want to get all my eggs in the basket for a decent build day.

^^ Nice. I'm torn on my current steelies (like yours) or the spare steelie look. I like that black rim w/ the silver center cap. I've got a silver reg cab and was thinkin' it might look alright.
