Are these custom steps/sliders?

 

Ride is honestly very bouncy, I'd suggest archive garage hammer hangers with them if you want to run rxt's, I have mine without the extra leaf that they come with, it's like a 2.5" lift

lol I haven't heard of a lifted RC that had a great ride in the back yet. Okay, thanks. I did actually order some Archive Hangars exactly because the reviews saying they're a big improvement in stability. I've been talking with Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road about a Deaver Expedition Stage II, so that's the direction I am heading in.

 

Yes. I was level with the 500lb springs until the leafs sagged. I feel the factory valving is too stiff for the springs and so are my tires. The 500lb springs are good for leveling with stock and no armor etc. I plan on adding some quality leafs then changing coils to 550-600lbs if needed. Meanwhile, I need to revalve and wear out these STT Pros so I can get a lighter load range.

Just wanted to update: This weekend I swapped my HeadStrong lift coils for some Dobinson coils (C59-316 475 lb/in), and removed 2 of the 3 leaves from my Wheelers AAL. With the canopy, roofbasket, and awning I am just barely sitting on the overload.

Ride quality has very noticeable improvement! I'm able to run over speed bumps and potholes now without topping out and getting jarred in the cab. Handling wise, a lot more body roll was introduced by the changes so I'll need to put my sway-bar back on to feel totally comfortable.

I still maintain some lift, maybe someone with a stock, no armor regular cab can tell me what their center-hub to fender measurements are so I can compare.

Mine with no armor, 4 x Bilstein 5100 (fronts @ zero setting), SnugTop Canopy, Yakima MegaWarrior, ARB Awning:

Driver Front : 22 1/4"
Pax Front: 22 3/4"
Driver Rear: 22 3/4"
Pax Rear: 22 3/4"

 

I will try to get you my numbers tonight. I've been wondering myself. My leafs are sagging now, but at least it'll give you some reference.

That’s the color pyrite mica. It can be grey, green, or brown depending on how the sun hits it. Also, the color hides dents well. There is not a panel on that truck that is dent free. Still looks good even all stove up.

 

Yes, 500lb Kings but I did not do the TSB. They are stock, sagging leafs.
