Is this the only option for a seat lift?

To my knowledge there are two options...raise just the rear of the seat using bushings or washers and longer bolts (making sure to use proper strength bolts) OR doing something similar to what I did, again use proper strength bolts and materials, and be aware there are a number of wires under carpet around drivers seat effecting a number of things on truck including airbags so becareful not to pinch those wires.

In my experience the bushings actually gave me LESS leg room as it tilted me TOWARD the petals. My mod gave me so much leg room that I don't drive with seat all the way back. I have a 34" pants inseam. Keep in mind that you will reduce leg room for rear passengers, but you can always slide seat forward to "normal". Also, extremely short drivers will not be able to adjust seat as far forward as stock.

I know this is slightly off topic but I placed the the wedge cushion (bought it from a back store ) I had from and older Tacoma back in my 16 and it sits near perfect. It just literally needed a few inches raised in the back of the seat.

I just got those in the mail the other day and can't wait to install them. Thanks for the pictures. I wanted to make sure they worked before spending a couple hours of frustration, just to find out they don't work. Any tricks I need to know?
