I have a 98 Tacoma on a 3 inch leveling kit and I'm running 33's. Any suggestions as to how I can run bigger tires? (37's, 40's, etc)

I would think you would need to do a solid axle swap to get that big. The 6in fabtech recommends running 34 but they say that it will still rub. For those size I think a Swap would be your best bet. Do you want it for looks or what?

Both looks and performance. I read somewhere that 3 inch coilovers with spacers and a 3 inch body lift will fit 37's but just wanted to check here if anyone had anything different.

It is only recommend to go 3in of lift with stock crossmember the angles get to steep for CV's. I would say that 3in lift with a 3in body lift would not work because a legit 6in lift says to run 34's. 37 are huge you will also need to rear gear it will get pricy quick. a 6in with a 3 in body lift might work but I don't know. Here is a 6in lift kit. http://www.4wheelparts.com/Suspension/Fabtech-6-Inch-Performance-Lift-Kit-w-Rear-Performance-Shocks-K7002.aspx?t_c=1&t_s=38&t_pt=3533&t_pn=FABK7002&utm_source=google,google&utm_medium=cpc,cpc&utm_campaign=shopping&emlprox=out&ppcfon=1&gp=1&scid=scplpFABK7002--3&sc_intid=FABK7002--3&gclid=CIqVh86G4tECFViewAod8TYPQw

edit I just saw that the 6in lift says it can run 35's on your year

Grab a big as hammer and a saw and fit as big as you want without any lift. Id recommend that over an ugly and unsafe 3" bl.

Dont forget with that size tire regearing is basically required and youl be putting way more strain on your front end.

Heres 3" co lift with 37s.

If you're going mall crawler you could probably do spacers, blocks etc etc

If you want actual performance off road you're going to need to perform a SAS, Solid Axle Swap. There's quite a few trucks on here that have done as such, check out their Build threads
