I don't have a picture on hand. But if you look under your bumper, there is the aluminum bumper bracket that bolts to the frame. On the inside there is one bolt, and outside there are two. The light bar bracket bolts on the outside where the two fasteners are. You just take off the nuts, slide the bracket in, and put the nuts back on. I'll see if I can get some pictures for you, my truck has my larger light bar on it, and they are different... So I have to request from one of the people who have my light bars.

I have one of Pelley bars on my truck. It looks awesome!!! the fit and finish are top notch. If you are looking for a light bar that is not run of the mill, give it a shot.

I sent Chris some picture(i have no idea how to post them) hopefully he will put them up

How about re-spacing the tabs for rallye 4000s?

I can do that for you. I have one bar that isn't coated yet, so I can change the tabs. Not sure I will get four on there though... Is that a deal breaker? I'll measure it up on my lunch break and post.

Yes I can tab it for 4 Hella 4000's! It barely fits, and the lights will hang over 1/2" on each side from the edge of the light bar. Which should still look fine. Let me know if you want it and I'll get it together for you. I get a discount on powder coating when I do a bunch at once, so doing just one, you may have to cover the price difference if it is a big one, but the guy hooks me up, so we will see what he says. If you are interested PM me your address, and then I will call the powder coater and get you a full quote.

Bump for starting the 2nd batch. Now is your chance to request special tabbing for light configs. Will order laser cut parts once we get to five, but will cut parts for ten.

Finally got to mount the bar & lights. Still not wired, but will be very soon.

Fit and quality of the bar is absolutely top notch.

If I can offer one suggestion to others who are lucky to own one of these and havn't mounted it yet - Mount the light hardware BEFORE you attach the bar. Much easier than waiting until later, as you can see in the second pic the bar fits very close to the bumper.

Thanks for the pictures and good words! A note to others, next batch will be slightly adjusted to help make it easier to get to the light mounts. Not going to change them too much though, the idea of the light bar being a tight fit is a good thing in my eyes, fits the truck nice, and doesn't look like a genaric part.

Crap man, sorry but I don't plan on making those anymore... They were more work than anticipated, and shipping was a nightmare for me....

Yes, I am still doing the standard light bars. Just not doing the large wrap around ones anymore.
