Whatever tools you need to drop the front bumper cover (10mm socket, phillips screwdriver, etc)

I drilled holes into my bumper support beam and threaded those holes to accept the mounting bolts supplied with the light bar. I did this because I couldn't get the bumper beam off the radiator support.

I dont think you really have to take the bumper off. It can all be done with some pre-drilled smaller holes and self-tapping screws while on the truck still. Just need to use "stuuby" or short drill bits. I didn't remove my bumper and had no problem

Although, I was using DeWalt tools, lithium, much smaller size than some have

Which light bar do you have? I tried just removing my grill and my light bar would not fit in that opening at all. So off came the bumper.

Finally getting around to posting my photos after summer. Put the bar to good use on a recent Steelhead fishing trip in BC... Happy with the bar and the new rubber!

    I'm gonna try a 30". We'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll do a 20" and 2 pods, I'm not sure yet

How does everyone wire there light bars? I just installed a 36" and the wiring kit I got is made to connect directly to the battery but I don't like that its always live, I'd like that wen my key is off that everything would be really off.
