ok just picked up an 18 tacoma couple months ago, starting to research light bar options.
so this is my plans as of now lower grill 30" bar in amber and a 30" behind the grill in white
i want to wire the white light to my high beams so they work together but also separately, i believe a on off on switch will cover this functionality. the amber light i would like linked into the oem fog switch but on a toggle so that i can switch between the oem fogs and the amber bar.

I'm having an issue finding the switches is the issue right now, i would like switches that reassemble ch4x4 switches with illumination.
I did search on the forums but came up short, any help would be appreciated.

here is the proposed wiring diagrams might add an option for anytime to the amber/fog circuit.

Thanks for the reply.i ended up figuring out the wiring for the light bars to work with simple on off switches from ch4x4. In the end 2 relays and a switch for the fogs and 3 relays and a switch for the light bar. Fogs will switch between oem and Amber bar. White bar will work any time and have ability to be controlled by the bcm to work with the auto high beam functionality. It's more complicated then originally intended but will have oem style switches that I wanted

Tell us about this Auto High Beam functionality. It's new to me.

Did you do something like this for the High Beam?

I have an 18 off road that came with auto high beam. When you have the highs on and the auto function switch on the high beams sensor on coming cars and will switch to lows automatically once the car passes by it will switch back to highs. Works well to my surprise. The wire diagram I made is on paper right now I'll have to draw it up on the PC when I have time and up load it. My original plan was something like your diagram but couldn't find a 3 way rocker I like. So a simple on off switch and the output from the switch and the output from the bcm a couple relays and it should work like a charm just finished the wiring tonight and tested on bench for functionality.

TSS-AHB...went to Youtube and saw the info. Cool n neat thing to have.
If you notice the dual relay setup, it uses the coil side (switch) of the relays. You could get by using a very inexpensive mini switch (toggle, rocker) and an 18 awg wire. But I take it most want an OEM look.

yeah that was my problem. didnt like the look of any of the rockers out there nothing looked OEM

ok so this is the wiring im using to make this work with CH4x4 on off switches
    W Light bar wiring.jpg

    this is the fog wiring

    A Light bar wiring.jpg
I ended up adding an extra relay for additional lights wired to the work light switch in the end
so to total this all up 7 relays total:
3 relays for the white light bar 2 relays for the amber light bar (activating amber bar will turn of oem fogs) 1 relay for extra lights in the future(controlled by the work lights) 1 relay to control the switch grounds to prevent activation when vehicle is off.

i made mounting bracket out of 16 gauge steel sheet that will bolt in next to the oem fuse box and brake master cylinder

I think you have one relay too many, and other electrical issues...have you verified it before install?

Yes verified on a bench using 12v power supply and test light. all inputs are ground sources. what type of issues are you referring too.

I see the note now so yes the Amber switch will activate the Amber bar on 1 relay the other relay is used to open the ground to the oem fog relay

The ground relay isn't in the drawing but it is build into the fuse panel pictured above. The sources for most things will come off of the bcm

that is exactly how I have it setup. The relay that controls ground for the switch also is controlling the ground for the other lights as well

Check this out. To avoid messing with the column wire or cab connectors...
