    Could be the same one just unbranded / re-branded. Honestly looks very similar to the caliraised 42 inch i just got that I'm happy with.

    Could just be higher QC standard on the RC one. Or you could also just be paying for a 3 year warranty from Rough Country and getting the same bar.

    Other factors could be if it comes with the wiring harness etc... although those are not very expensive.

    For something tucked away like that id just get the cheaper one.
