Just have a rigid 10” bar. I use mine almost daily driving home. It’s about a 20 mile drive through a wooded state park and rural farm land. Both have a lot of deer.

There are a lot of us that wheel in the night.
Also you can very well leave during the day and end up stuck..... spend hours on recovery and end up having to drive out at night, camp out there or at the very least move off the trail to a safer spot so you can make camp.

    Rack & Rails, de-badged & de-stickered, road radio, light bar, KO2's.
They are good on roads where there is no other traffic; i.e. bush roads up our way. I work in the bush.

Light bars make wildlife a lot more visible. Note, they are illegal on public roads but almost every pickup in the country has them. Never heard of anyone being ticketed.

Several people here have for having them uncovered while driving on the highway. Not on... just no covers on them.

Several people have been issued tickets for not having covers over the lenses of light bars, roof lights, ditch lights, etc...
    That better

Ditch lights are the greatest light bar company marketing idea ever. Every fab company has made mint off selling $.50 metal chunks for $20 to mount them. Good on them!

I've been dying to get one because of how hard it is to see forest road signs at night.

Driving to remote trailheads before sunrise or after sunset. The extra wide beam on mine has already helped save me from running into a deer going up a twisty mountain fw road
