I had to call them since I couldn't find them on the website either. I found them in the Christmas Gift Guide that was with the latest Offroad Adventures mag.

$250 is a great price for those 240s! The nice thing is, they don't sit back any deeper than the 140s so I can have an easy swap to hook them up. The 140s will go up to the Bajarack or outboard from the 240s.

    LightForce too much $$$$
I have used both Hella & PIAA & both are great. I just CAN NOT find one that is bright enough for me:rolleyes:

Anyone know where to get the brightest yellow fog light bulbs for a 2007 TRD Sport? I was looking at Hella, but I can not find one that I think will be the right one.

The choices are endless and I do not even have a starting point.

You can install HIDs in the factory fog lights. That'd give you the most output for the money.

100w Lightforce 240s are "9.5 round and will give you more than enough light. They are down to $250 at 4 Wheel Parts and Sierra Expeditions has them down to $260. I recommend dealing with SE. They are an awesome company to deal with and have great customer service. Plus you may find a few other things you need. I do every time I order.

In the latest Overland Journal Gear issue, they did a light comparison. They said the problem with the PIAAs is the blue bulb coating they use. It does more harm than good to have that on there and prevents the light from reflecting to it's full potential.

MOst of the other lights tested were $$ HIDs or LEDs.

If I didn't have Lightforces, it would be Hellas. I just like the adjustability of the LFs.

here are the PIAA shock lamps and you can beat on them all you want, and these are brighter than anything you will find out there

also piaa doesn't use a bulb coating because it does hurt the light performance. PIAA is the only aftermarket light company out there that doesnt coat their bulb. hints the better performance and higher price.

Overland Journal did a light comparison in the last issue. They said the blueing on the PIAA bulbs was really detrimental to its capabilities. I beleive you could easily replace the bulb with a better one. Thats the advantage a lot of lights have over the Lightforces. LFs take a different bulb than most. I like the adjustability of the LFs though.

BTW, KCs were rated the worst of the bunch.

I vote HID retro since you already have the lights just buy the plug and play HID kit from DDM or Slimcubby

If I didn't have LFs, I would have Hella Rallye 4000s.
