Is there anybody out there that has a regular oem grill with light bar mounted behind it? If so what size light bar and mounts?

I just used the stock "legs" that came with the light bar, they usually come with 98% of light bars... images_be3031bc1212f9a53f443ded5c9b5097162967ee.jpg

I put two 6" bars behind my grill on either side of the license plate. To mount them I used a piece of angled aluminum. They're wired up to a relay that's activated by the high beams and a separate switch in the dash.

Nice write up...I don't know crap about wiring so I'm gonna have to work up the guts to do this.It does look doable though.

Looks nice but I'm waiting for my BAMF Bracket that I ordered to place mine but I'm going lower in my grille. What kind of light is it ? Looks really bright.

@Scndyf I really like how you did that, how did you mount the bar? Just drill into the grill and bolt it up? Also no issue with heat output on the plastic?

My father in-law helped me, we attached the brackets like normal and drilled small hole and bolted to the grille. Didn't want to drill into anything but didn't like any of the brackets I was seeing ethier. Behind the emblem it sinks in allwoing the light bar to fit perfectly.
