Having the same problem with my 2010, only difference is the fan speed dial does not work at all now. Temp and air positioning dial still works but no light at all. Ac/Heat also works but I can't use it due to the fan speed dial not working. I have taken it apart and the connections were are still in great shape and even inside the dial was in great shape except a little bit of old grease from factory with I cleaned and replaced, just reinstalled and still nothing. Anybody had this problem?? 30° here and its like my heat is just taunting me in the mornings on the way to work

I just replaced mine and it's a connection issue. if I push around on bulb housing it goes on, but within a day they are out again. Do led replacement make a better connection?

If you tap/press it and it works for a bit it is either a poor connection on a cable, or cold solder. LEDs are known to have poor solder connections that fail over time, they rarely fail on their own. You can cover with flux and tap each side with a soldering iron to reflow the solder. Some day I will pull mine out and see which is failing.
