Does anyone know what has to come off of the dash (&/under the dash) to replace the back light for the 3rd selector knob from the driver's side for the AC control panel???

I've done mine twice. The panel just pops off. You will need a small thin screwdrver to pry it off. Best way is to pry from the sides. Be careful not to damage the dash. Once you get it started you can pull it off. The bulbs are also not standard replacements, bulb and socket assembly. I had to order mine directly from Toyota. Cost was around $8 a piece.
