I can't leave anything well enough alone
    SOLD
I have a complete rear Light Racing Jounce Shock system available. This is in VERY good condition, I think i only put about 4500 miles total on them in the time I had them installed. They work very well, and are tune-able in both compression, rebound damping, oil volume and weight, as well as nitrogen pressure. So very tuneable.

The reason I'm selling is because I am going back to a lower profile rubber/foam bumpstop for my expedition rig. The super heavy spring pack I'm running is THICK, and coupled with the insane weight I'm carrying there just isn't enough room between the bumpstop and the strike pad at ride height. I think you honestly need to have 7" + of clearance between the bottom of the frame and the strike pad on axle for these to work. When I was loading up for a trip, the axle strike pad would be within 4.5-5" of the underside of the frame, and this only left 1/2" of up travel before the shock started activating. Hardly a "bottom out" response when the suspension only has to move a fractional inch. However, my rig is SUPER heavy, RTT, shell, drawers, bumpers with swingout, long range tank, etc etx. Including the food and gear For a several day expedition with family of 4 in DCLB, the lift height was not that far over stock, even though I had a super heavy and thick spring pack (Dakar EL096R with additional helper spring)

You do have to drill out the factory bump stop pad rivets on the frame to remove the factory bump pad. Then bolt the brackets on with the supplied 10mm bolts and stover nuts. Then you have to get a strike pad situated, if your springs are stock-ish, you can use the original pads that come with this kit. But if you have a Ubolt flip then you need an aftermarket strike pad with a Kickout

I'm looking to get $OLD + shipping for the set. Again, only rear, but this gives you the idea of retail pricing:

Let's make a deal and get these used on someone's truck.

Folks, several other people interested already. Some are wanting bundles of items... so that is a preference to me. But, if those fall through, I will keep your contact info handy. There may be an option to get parts delivered to SoCal area by TW express. That would be convenient.

Right now I am sort of overwhelmed with requests and inquiries, and time is my most precious commodity. Hard to figure out what to do with so many people asking different questions, and not all of my stuff even listed, so people wanting bundles don't even have a full picture yet.

Just curious. How are these different from air bumps?

I’m no expert on all these different systems. But these are a full blown shock absorber. Adjustable parameters include oil viscosity and fill level, nitrogen pressure, and set screws that control compression and rebound damping. I didn’t change any of the factory settings yet.

Are the strike pads on this designed to be welded on, or how do those mount?

The red ones that are pictured and come in the kit were not used by me. they are made to go under the OEM u-bolts, exactly the way the OEM rubber bumpstop was mounted. If you have a Ubolt flip, then you need a different plate that has a kickout on it to provide the strike pad surface under the Jounce shock which is obviously offset from the leaf spring. That is what I had, can't recall where I bought them, but several places sell them.

I still have the strikeplates on the truck, not planning to remove those
